TRANSPORTATION & HOUSING EVNT 1200
NUMBER OF HOURS:
15 - 30 Hours
DESCRIPTION:
The logistics of air and ground transportation and hotel arrangements will be discussed. Students will learn trade strategies to make informed decisions leading to a successful meeting experience.
OBJECTIVES:
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
  • Realize the various types of transportation necessary for an event
  • Understand booking methods for housing accommodations
  • Know the procedures involved in working with transportation companies and housing affiliates
  • Understand industry terminology related to transportation and housing
GRADING CRITERIA:
Successful completion of all reviews, assignments and final exam. You will receive a welcome letter from your instructor which will include greater details of grading criteria.

COURSE ACTIVITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS:
The maximum time to complete this course will be sent to you by your instructor. This includes 3 reviews, 4 activities and 1 exam. The final exam is 50 questions long and can be completed within two hours. This course does not include a lot of assignments and you can conceivably complete this course within a month. To do so, you will need to complete two lessons a week.
